【摘要】 目的:探討固爾蘇預防早產兒呼吸窘迫綜合徵的療效。方法:17例胎齡≤32周,體重≤1200的早產兒氣管內滴注固爾蘇與19例未用固爾蘇的同條件早產兒進行前瞻性臨牀研究。結果:治療組併發NRDS、死亡及需要機械通氣例數較對照組少,有統計學差異(P<0.05)。結論:早產兒預防性應用固爾蘇可以降低NRDS發病率及減輕發病程度,減少呼吸機的應用,減少併發症,改善早產兒預後。
【英文摘要】 Objective: This prospective study was designed aiming at determining of the effect of Curosurf in prevention of hyaline membrane disease of prematures. Methods: Thirty-six preterm infants with gestational age of 27~32 weeks and birth weight of 950~1200g were assigned to be prevented from respiratory disease syndrome (NRDS).
